Với mục tiêu bảo đảm an toàn, chất lượng từng bữa ăn và chăm sóc tốt nhất sức khỏe học sinh, Trường Tiểu học Bế Văn Đàn đã tiếp đón Đoàn kiểm tra an toàn thực phẩm của Thành phố đến làm việc và kiểm tra thực tế tại nhà trường.

Cơ sở vật chất và khu vực trung chuyển thực phẩm;

Nguồn gốc, xuất xứ và điều kiện bảo quản thực phẩm;

Quy trình tiếp nhận và phân chia suất ăn;

Thực hiện kiểm thực ba bước và lưu mẫu thức ăn theo quy định;

Công tác vệ sinh dụng cụ, khu vực phục vụ bán trú;

Hồ sơ, sổ sách và các nội dung liên quan đến công tác bảo đảm an toàn thực phẩm.

Nhà trường đã nghiêm túc phối hợp, cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin, hồ sơ và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để Đoàn kiểm tra thực hiện nhiệm vụ. Đồng thời, nhà trường trân trọng tiếp thu những ý kiến hướng dẫn, góp ý chuyên môn nhằm tiếp tục hoàn thiện công tác quản lý, nâng cao chất lượng tổ chức bữa ăn bán trú cho học sinh.

Student health and food safety remain among Be Van Dan Primary School’s highest priorities. As part of its ongoing commitment to providing safe, high-quality meals for students, the school welcomed the City Food Safety Inspection Team for an on-site inspection and working session.

During the inspection, the team carefully reviewed key areas related to the school meal program, including:

Facilities and food receiving and transfer areas;

Food origins, traceability, and storage conditions;

Procedures for receiving and portioning meals;

Implementation of the three-step food safety inspection procedure and food sample retention in accordance with regulations;

Hygiene and sanitation of utensils and food service areas;

Records, documentation, and other materials related to food safety management.

The school fully cooperated with the inspection team and provided all required information and documentation throughout the inspection. The school also sincerely welcomed the team’s professional guidance and recommendations as valuable input for further strengthening its food safety management practices and continuously improving the quality of school meals.

Beyond ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, the inspection provided an important opportunity for the school to review its procedures, reinforce good practices, and further enhance the quality and safety of its school meal program.
